Real Therapy is located inside Thamel, opposite of Saraswati Multiple Campus, Behind Thameleshwor Mahadev Temple. You can also find us on google map for exact location.

3. What is your opening hours?

We open from 8 am to 9 pm everyday.

4. What type of services do you provide ?

We provide you spa services like sauna, steam, jacuzzi and professional massage service, also saloon and beauty parlour services. Please visit our "SERVICES" section for more details.

Yes, you can purchase the premium beauty care products that are available with us and that are used during the treatments.  

7. What are the benefits of the different sauna and steam sessions you offer?

The heat from both sauna and steam helps to relax muscles, soothe joints, and alleviate tension throughout the body. Additionally, these sessions promote improved blood circulation, which can contribute to a glowing complexion and enhanced overall skin health.

8. Are your therapists certified and experienced?

Yes, we only use professionally trained therapists and we are the only spa to operate in Nepal since 2002. We have gained 21+ years of experience in spa and health care field.

9. Do you offer group or special event bookings?

Yes, we offer group bookings and special events booking as well. For this please contact us through landline or whatsapp number provided in the CONTACT US section.

10. What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

You can cancel free of charge at any time. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if you dont arrive within the timeframe that you provided.

11. Are walk-ins welcome, or do I need to schedule an appointment in advance?

We suggest you to book an appointment through phone or email or whatsapp. We are usually occupied so booking an appointment will save your time.

12. Are there any health conditions that may restrict me from certain spa treatments?

Yes, certain health conditions may affect your eligibility for specific spa treatments. It's essential to inform our team of any existing health concerns, such as allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions, before your appointment.
